Matthew Conforzi, CPA
Matthew is a Chartered Professional Accountant with years of experience working with both large corporations and local Toronto businesses. He began his career at one of the world’s leading accounting firms, PwC LLP, where he built a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit, taxes, and compliance.
Since then, he has supported some of Canada’s largest companies, such as Loblaws, gaining a deep understanding of how to keep finances accurate, organized, and efficient. Today, he brings that same level of professionalism to Toronto small business owners and working professionals, helping them stay on top of their bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes without the stress.
Matthew’s goal is simple: to give professionals and business owners confidence and peace of mind knowing their finances are in capable hands.

Erik Nguyen, CPA
Erik is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a strong background in tax, accounting, and advisory services. He began his career at one of the world’s top accounting firms, KPMG LLP, where he worked closely with a wide range of clients — from Toronto small businesses to large corporations — and developed deep expertise in reporting, audit, tax and compliance.
Building on this experience, Erik has worked with some of Canada’s most recognized companies, helping them stay compliant, optimize processes, and manage complex financial needs. This includes the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), where Erik worked on implementing new accounting and compliance standards impacting industries. In addition to his professional practice, Erik is also a Tax Professor at Sheridan College in Toronto, where he teaches future accountants and shares practical insights from his career.
At Conforzi Nguyen & Associates LLP, Erik brings this rare combination of real-world accoutning expertise and teaching experience to every client relationship. His approach is clear, practical, and focused on giving business owners confidence that their bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes are done right the first time.
